The comparison trap most high-achieving women fall into

Hello Reader,

One of the biggest things that drains energy and confidence - especially for high-achieving women - is comparison and expectations.

It’s subtle.
It doesn’t always feel obvious.

But it shows up in the background of your day.

You scroll and see someone with more results.
More balance.
More discipline.
More “figured out.”

And before you even realise it, your mind starts telling a story:

I’m behind.
I should be further along.
Why does this seem easier for everyone else?

But comparison never shows the full picture.

You don’t see the stress, the trade-offs, the sacrifices, or the season of life someone else is in.
You don’t see the context.

And most importantly, comparison pulls your focus away from your own progress.

Instead of building momentum, you start questioning yourself.
You second-guess your approach.
You lose trust in your own timing.

This is something I see a lot in the women I work with.

They are driven, intelligent, extremely fkn capable, but constantly measuring themselves against unrealistic standards.

And over time, this erodes confidence and makes consistency harder.

Inside the True Wellness Transformation Project, we work on rebuilding that self-trust.

Not just through training and nutrition, but by creating clarity, structure, and a plan that fits your life right now.

We spend a lot of time on mindset coaching, because this is where success really starts.

Because sustainable progress comes from alignment with your values, your capacity, and your current season - not from trying to keep up with everyone else.

If this resonated, take a moment this week to notice when comparison shows up.

And gently bring your attention back to what you are building...for yourself.

If you want support with that process, and you’re ready to stop circling the same patterns, you can book a free discovery call here to see if we’re the right fit to work together.

Or simply reply to this email and let me know what you most need help with right now.

Regards,
Tia 🩷

P.S. The most powerful shift isn’t doing more. It’s focusing your energy on what actually moves you forward.

Hello Reader, Today is International Women’s Day. And it felt like a good moment to acknowledge the incredible women reading this. Many of you are balancing a lot. Careers.Families.Responsibilities.Pressure. And somewhere in the middle of all of that, you’re still trying to take care of your health too. I know how easy it is for that to fall to the bottom of the list. Life gets busy.Energy gets low.Work and responsibilities take over. But one thing I’ve learned through coaching women over the...

Hey Reader, Have you ever had blood tests done, been told everything looks “normal”…but you still feel tired, stuck, or off? You get told to keep an eye on it and test again next year.Yet in that time, you don’t feel 100%. This is not uncommon. But by the time you test again, the results may have now significantly changed. What once wasn’t a problem or something to monitor becomes something you’re suddenly told needs medication. I believe we should trust our female intuition. If you don’t feel...

Hello Reader, One of the biggest barriers I see isn’t a lack of discipline. It’s fear of committing to something before you feel completely ready. We tell ourselves:What if I can’t stick to it?What if I fail again? What if this becomes another thing I start and don’t finish? So instead of taking action, we stay in the comfort of thinking, researching, and waiting. We read the books. We listen to the podcasts. We follow the right people online. We tell ourselves we’re learning and improving. And on...
